I made this pillow (18″x18″) for a wedding gift. The couples’ colors are black, white, and yellow. I appliqued their last name initial on it – it is quilted with a goose down pillow insert. I love it!

My friend came to visit for the weekend. All we did was buy fabric, sew, and listen to country music – that is so my kind of weekend! Here are a few projects we made. (There were 2 other small quilts and a table runner that I didn’t get pictures of because we were so busy!)
The quilt is for her little boy’s toddler bed.
These items are for her little girl’s birthday. We made a skirt, headband, and cross-body purse. I love the fabrics!

My daughter made this darling owl cross stitch and we sewed it into a bookmark. (I made 5 of these book marks for book club as gifts.) The elastic goes around the book, then attaches to the button so the bookmark never falls out!
Then we made a cute cross-body purse out of matching fabric. These are my favorite to make. I’ve got to make me one 🙂
